At Drive-Zap, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our educational programs and AI solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with the platform, please review our refund conditions.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Description Mismatch: If the content of the provided material significantly differs from the program stated on drive-zap.org at the time of purchase.
- Technical Malfunctions: In case of critical issues on our side that make learning or using the tools impossible and were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- "Cooling-off Period": If you decide to cancel your access within 14 calendar days from the moment of payment, provided you have not yet studied a significant amount of materials.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Compose an email and send it to our official email: [email protected].
- In the subject line, specify: "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
- In the body of the email, include the email address used for registration and the name of the product/course.
- Provide a detailed description of the reason for the request, referring to the conditions mentioned above.
- Our support team will review the request and contact you within 48 hours.
Timeframe and Refund Method
Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original payment. Please note that the actual arrival time may depend on the regulations of your bank or payment system.
Exceptions and Limitations
Refunds are not provided if:
- The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You have already studied or downloaded more than 50% of the platform's content materials.
- The problem is caused by technical issues on the user's side (unstable internet, incompatible software).
- The rules of the Drive-Zap User Agreement (Terms of Service) have been violated.
